LA CASA: A Historic Weekend for Our Community
What a weekend!
Hundreds of residents, supporters, artists, elected officials, partners, activists and neighbors joined us as we officially opened La CASA—the Center for Arts, Self-Determination and Activism. Together, we celebrated the culmination of years of vision, planning, partnership and community leadership.
From the ribbon cutting ceremony and community open houses to performances, exhibitions, conversations and celebrations throughout the weekend, La CASA came alive exactly as it was intended: as a welcoming home for creativity, culture, learning, and community connection.
