Moving toward greater equity

Since its founding in 1968, IBA has worked tirelessly to achieve equity within its affordable housing community. This undertaking continued throughout 2021, and thanks to the support of our amazing donors and community partners, IBA and its five community-centered programs – Preschool, Youth Development, Financial Empowerment, Resident Services, and Arts – successfully served over 1,200 residents through programmatic services and over 111,000 virtual friends and fans through IBA’s signature Latinx arts and culture events. You can learn more about IBA’s 2021 achievements by checking out our 2021 Annual Report, but first let’s take a look back at how, exactly, IBA was working towards equity in 2021.
